Job Description:

The Client Service Executive will be the primary liaison between the agency and its clients,
ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This role involves managing client accounts,
coordinating marketing activities, and providing strategic support to meet client needs
across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:
✓ Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling all inquiries
and communications.
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives
and providing tailored solutions.
✓ Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss
strategies, and address any concerns.


Project Coordination:
✓ Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, research, and media) to ensure
timely and effective execution of client projects.
✓ Oversee the development and delivery of marketing materials and campaigns,
ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines.
✓ Track project progress and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.


Campaign Support:
✓ Assist in the planning and execution of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
✓ Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and updates to clients.
✓ Collaborate with the strategy team to optimize campaigns based on performance
data and client feedback.


Client Reporting:
✓ Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, market research,
and other relevant metrics.
✓ Analyze client data and insights to provide actionable recommendations for future
strategies.
✓ Ensure all client reporting is accurate and delivered on time.


Problem Solving:
✓ Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and


professionally.
✓ Proactively identify potential challenges and work with internal teams to develop
solutions.


Market and Industry Knowledge:
✓ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape
to provide informed recommendations to clients.
✓ Share relevant industry insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓ 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role,
preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
✓ Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies and practices.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain client relationships.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
marketing software and CRM systems.

portfolio of clients whilst maintaining and nurturing those client relationships.
✓ Recommend and facilitate presentations to ensure that your client base has the most
appropriate service offering and grow the existing client base through additional
service offering.
✓ Be responsible for ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.
✓ Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current
work status of their projects.
✓ Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business
relationships with existing clients.
✓ Secondary contact for designated portfolio clients and responsible for their
atisfaction levels.
✓ Retain and develop a portfolio of clients; delivering insight and advice as well as
industry intelligence, to help them achieve their communications objectives.
✓ Skillfully and efficiently achieve maximum penetration of relevant Fern services.
✓ Managing and reviewing the progress and delivering on a client’s projects.
✓ Formulating and screening briefs that will then be shared with the different
departments.
✓ Liaise with the creative and operations teams to ensure all projects are executed as
per the agreement with the client.
✓ Ensuring that all projects meet the desired company standard of quality and brand
experience offering.
✓ Ensure that all reports are submitted on time and are up to company standard.
✓ Ensuring operations and creative teams execute projects as per the agreement with
the client.
✓ Ensure that all reports are submitted on time and are up to company standard.
✓ Innovate and develop new products for clients.
