Job Description:
The Brand and Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the
brand strategy for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves developing
comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing brand positioning, and managing multi-
channel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior,
and integrated marketing communications.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
✓ Develop and implement brand strategies that align with clients’ business objectives
and market needs.
✓ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities,
and threats.
✓ Create and oversee integrated marketing plans that include ATL, BTL, and digital
channels.
Brand Management:
✓ Define and maintain brand identity and positioning for clients across various
channels.
✓ Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.
✓ Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management:
✓ Design and execute marketing campaigns, including media planning and buying for
ATL and BTL activities.
✓ Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content
marketing.
✓ Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
for optimization.
Client Relations:
✓ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations
are met.
✓ Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their business goals and
challenges.
✓ Present strategic plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients.
Team Leadership:
✓ Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance environment.
✓ Coordinate with internal teams including creative, digital, and research to deliver
integrated solutions.
✓ Manage external vendors and partners as needed.
Research and Insights:
✓ Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform strategy and decision-
making.
✓ Analyze data to understand customer behavior and market dynamics.
✓ Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic
recommendations.
Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓ 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role,
preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
✓ Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies and practices.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain client relationships.
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
marketing software and CRM systems.
